Why I Started The BE School
I didn’t start The BE School because I had all the answers — I started it because I had lived the questions.
For over 15 years, I built a career in hospitality and sales, leading teams, managing high-stakes negotiations, and driving business growth across continents. But behind the accolades and targets, I often saw something missing — not just in myself, but in the people around me.
We were chasing promotions, deadlines, and validation… but not growth.
